Three Days Grace is an alternative rock band that was created in Norwood, Ontario, Canada in 1997. The band consists of 4 members: Adam Gontier (vocals and guitar), Brad Walstad (bass), Neil Sanderson (drums and vocal support) and Barry Stock (guitar). From the beginning they started as a quintet in 1992 under the name Groundswell, then changed their name to Three Days Grace and became a quartet 1997th The group moves from Norwood to Toronto and met producer Gavin Brown. Brown helped them produce their debut album, "Three Days Grace" which was released 2003rd The album's biggest hit, (I Hate) Everything About You ", was number one on Canada's high scores and top ten in the U.S..

Brown won a Juno Award in 2004 for his producer of the album and his work on Try Honesty by the band Billy Talent. Three Days Grace also nominated for best new group that year, but lost to Billy Talent.

On March 31, 2006, the band released their first single from their album One-X entitled "Animal I Have Become." One-X was released on June 13, 2006, the first week sold 78.000 slices.
